Vest: I based the vest on the Simplicity 4099 pattern. I just used some thick interfacing in the collar and the bottom section which I added. I also made a custom pattern for the shoulder section. I ran out of time to add the pockets to the front but I'll add them before the next convention.
Shirt & Pants: The shirt was loosely based on the Butterick 3344 turtleneck pattern and for the pants I used Simplicity 4135 which worked pretty well even though I had to narrow the leg a lot.

Shoes: The sandals for Kakashi were probably the hardest part of the costume. First, I bought some cheap black flip-flops and cut off the top section. Then, I took an old sock I didn't use anymore to draw the pattern I wanted while it was on my foot. After that, I added seam allowances to the cut out pieces and some extra since the sock is stretchy; sewed them together, used velcro for the side closures and glued it to the flip=flop bottom. (using E-6000 glue) The glue held really well even though I only gave it 24 hours to cure before wearing them.

Wig: I used a Sepia - New Punk wig (white) which I bought from Cosworx. I used the cloudy grey wig dye from Katie Bair's site and should have bought two bottles since most of the color washed out in the first rinse. Next time I wear this I'll re-dye it so it'll be silver.

Accessories: All my accessories (face mask, 'Make Out Paradise' book, and the kunai knife) came from different Ebay sellers.
I ordered the wrong contact since it was supposed to be on the left, oops. Next time I cosplay Kakashi I'll have the correct contact. >.<
