Dress: I used Vogue 7824 as the pattern for the dress. (Basically a princess seam dress that I added side splits to) The fabric is black dull satin. (I had alot of trouble with this fabric bunching some at the seams.)

Sheer Top: For the top I combined two patterns to get the look I was wanting. The first was a pattern for a leotard with a turtleneck collar (Kwik Sew 2004), and I got Vogue 7604 for the sleeves since they were slightly puffy with a tight cuff.
(I recommend using a fabric with alot of stretch to it. The fabric I used didn't have any so I had to attach it to the dress at the neck line with velcro so it wouldn't bunch up.)

    The crystals came from Tutu.com

Jewelry: All the beads came from Fire Mountain Beads. I decided to make the jewelry from the manga/artbook version. (Still haven't gotten around to making the jewelry.)

Misc.: I used an Enchantment wig from Amphigory that I cut bangs into. I also used the bang tutorial on Amphigory to help with the cutting, then used steam to curl the bangs. I added extensions in the back and the odango with help from the tuturials and forums at Katie Bair's Petting Zoo Wigs.
