Jacket & Pants: The jacket was made using a modified New Look 6815 pattern. Pants were made from a Simplicity 4135 pattern (same pattern that was used for Kakashi's pants) and the tie was made with the Simplicity pattern 4762.
I decided to be lazy and bought the white dress shirt from the boys department at JC Penny's and made it sleeveless so it would be more comfortable under the jacket.
Shoes: The boots were puchased from Timberland in the custom boot section. Select styles are available that can be ordered with customizable options such as boot color, thread color, hardware, etc. The cost was only $20 more than what the non-customized boots are being sold for, so it's a pretty good deal. ^_^
Wig: Ended up using a Scruffy wig (Color: 24) from Cosworx which I think worked pretty well.
Accessories: I'm currently working on a stuffed dragon for England which should be done before wearing England again at Anime Fest in September. ^_^
